Two-day swim camp combining technique, education, and open water training. The camp starts on a Saturday afternoon at the pool focusing on technique, mobility and nutrition and on Sunday morning in the ocean, giving swimmers practical coaching across both environments.

What this camp is:
A focused two-day camp designed to improve technique, confidence, and open water skills. It combines pool coaching, mobility and nutrition workshops, and an ocean session between 3-5km.

90 mins Saturday afternoon pool workshop focused on specific technique.
Mobility workshop, to unlock mobility and flexibility.
Nutrition workshop, eating to fuel your training.
